JILI365 Responsible Gaming: Limits and Help for PH Players
JILI365 responsible gaming starts with one rule: you must be 21 or older to play. After that, the rule is to treat gambling as entertainment that costs money, the way a cinema night does, and never as a way to earn.
JILI365 responsible gaming: who may play
Persons under 21 may not gamble on any online gaming platform in the Philippines, and the lobby’s own footer states 21+ too. PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page also lists others who are prohibited, including government officials and employees and persons in the National Database of Restricted Persons. If you are in one of those groups, do not register.
Set limits before you play
PAGCOR’s own reminders are four lines: gambling is not a source of income, set a time limit for each session, never borrow money or use all your resources for it, and do not chase losses. Turn those into numbers before you open the lobby.
- Choose a session budget you can lose entirely, for example ₱500.
- Choose a time limit, for example 45 minutes.
- Write both down, and close the lobby when either is reached.
The full reality-check method is on the JILI365 reality check pillar. For the rule that ends a session when losses reach your line, read setting a stop loss limit, and if you need a longer break, see how a cool off period works.
Warning signs
PAGCOR describes the signs this way: betting or spending more than you meant to, playing longer than planned, trying again and again to win back losses, borrowing or selling belongings to keep playing, and feeling anxious or hopeless. If two or more fit, stop for today. The page on how to quit gambling gives your next steps.

If you are worried about someone else
Notice the same signs in a family member: sudden debts, secrecy about money, or time spent in the lobby that keeps growing. Start with a calm conversation about what they have set as a budget, and offer to look at the help list together.
Talk to someone today
You do not have to wait for a bad week. Tell a family member or friend what budget you set, and ask them to check in. If the money is already gone, call the helpline above before you borrow anything.
