JILI365 Contact Page: Where Each Kind of Problem Goes
Use this contact JILI365 guide page to send each problem to the place that can fix it. Most problems belong with the lobby, not with this site, and the table below shows which is which.
Who handles what
| Your problem | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Cannot log in or forgot your password | The lobby’s own forgotten-password route on its login panel, then the lobby’s online support entry |
| Balance, deposit or withdrawal question | The lobby’s online support entry |
| A game froze or paid unexpectedly | The lobby’s online support entry, plus the game’s own info screen |
| A mistake on a page of this site | The correction route described below |
Reaching the lobby’s support
Open the side menu from the three-line icon beside the wordmark. The last entry is labelled online support, and a headset icon also floats over the home screen.
Either one opens the lobby’s own support, which holds your account details and this site does not. Hours and channels are shown on the lobby’s own screen, so read them there rather than relying on a page elsewhere. What to prepare before you write is covered in JILI365 customer service explained.
Contact JILI365 guide: reaching this site
This site publishes no e-mail address, phone number, form or social handle. Nothing here can look up your account, move your balance or reverse a game result, so a message sent to this site would only delay your fix. If a page contains something wrong, such as a game figure that does not match the studio’s own data, corrections are welcome.
The way to send a correction will be listed on this page once a mailbox is live. Until then, any address or handle that claims to speak for this site is not genuine, so ignore it.
Corrections that help most name the page, quote the sentence and give the source you compared it against. A figure checked against a studio’s own published data is easy to confirm, and a fix then goes live quickly.
Before you write to anyone
- Note the date and time of the problem.
- Write down the game name and the studio tab it sits under.
- Take a screenshot of the screen as it appeared.
- Never send your password to anyone, whoever they say they are.
If the problem is that gambling has stopped feeling like entertainment, skip support and go straight to the JILI365 responsible gaming page for people you can talk to. Who writes this site, and why it exists, is covered on the about page.
