A redeem code is a short string you type into a field to claim a reward. It carries two things: the reward and the terms that come with it. This page shows where the field usually sits, the steps to enter a code without losing it to a typo, and the lines of the terms that decide what it is worth. The full reading order is on the fine print reading guide.

Redeem code steps: five moves

Do these in order. Each is doable from the lobby without leaving the page you are on.

  1. Find the code field. Look for a field labelled code, redeem or gift in the offers or profile area of the lobby.
  2. Read the terms first. Note the turnover multiple, the max bet and the deadline before you enter anything.
  3. Copy the code exactly. Paste, do not retype, and strip any space at either end.
  4. Submit and check the result. Read the message that comes back.
  5. Play within the terms. Keep bets under the cap and watch the clock.

In the JILI365 lobby the field sits behind the Offers tab of the bottom bar: the screen it opens has a Redeem tab with one field, labelled “Please enter the redemption code”, that takes up to twelve characters.

Redemption code and gift code: same thing, different label

A redemption code and a gift code are the same mechanism under different names. Lobbies pick the label that suits the reward: gift code for a one-off, redemption code for a points exchange, redeem code for the generic case. Wherever you see a field that takes a short code, the steps above apply.

Label you may seeUsually meansRead first
Redeem codeAny code that claims a rewardThe reward’s terms
Redemption codeA code or a points exchangeThe exchange rate and deadline
Gift codeA one-off code given to youWhether it is tied to your account

Codes that come from a prize draw follow the draw’s own rules, covered in how a raffle draw works.

JILI365 code: read it on the lobby itself

The JILI365 lobby posts a code in its scrolling notice that changes daily. This site does not print it and does not say what it gives: the code, the reward and the terms are all on the lobby, and they are the only version that counts. Read the code and its terms on the lobby itself, then use the steps above. The Redeem tab’s own rules say a code is valid for the same day only and that one reward can be claimed per code, so yesterday’s code and a second try are both dead ends.

What to check on the lobby, in order:

  1. Open the scrolling notice and read today’s code exactly as shown.
  2. Open the Offers tab, then Redeem, and read the rules printed under the field.
  3. Read turnover, max bet and deadline before you enter it.

Never take a code from a message, a screenshot or a stranger who asks you to log in somewhere else. A code that arrives from outside the lobby is a reason to stop and check, not to enter it.

The terms that ride on a code

A code does not change the arithmetic of the terms; it just starts it. These are the lines to price.

LineWhat it doesExample (round numbers, not JILI365’s)
TurnoverSets the stakes before withdrawal, see what turnover means₱500 reward at 20x means ₱10,000 staked
Max betCaps one bet while the reward is active, see the maximum bet ruleA ₱50 cap voids a ₱100 spin
DeadlineGives a number of days7 days is about ₱1,429 a day

If the multiple and the deadline together ask for more play than you would do anyway, skip the code.

When a code is refused

Problem

The lobby says the code is invalid or expired

Fix
Copy the code again with no spaces, check the case, then read the code’s own terms for an end date. If it is still refused, ask the lobby’s customer service which line of the terms the code failed on.
Problem

The code works but the reward is smaller than you expected

Fix
Read the terms attached to the code. A cap, a weighting or a share of deposit usually explains the figure, and the lobby’s message names what was applied.

Codes tied to ranking contests follow a prize split instead; see how a leaderboard is ranked for that case.

FAQ

What is a redeem code?

It is a short code, usually letters and digits, that you type into a code field to claim a specific reward. The reward and its terms are attached to the code, not to your account.

Is a redemption code the same as a gift code?

In practice yes: lobbies use redeem, redemption and gift code for the same mechanism. The name changes, the steps and the terms to read do not.

Why does my code say invalid?

Common causes are a typo, a trailing space, a code that has expired, a code already used or an account that does not meet the eligibility line. Copy it again, then read the terms for the cause.

Saan ko ilalagay ang code?

Sa JILI365 lobby, buksan ang Offers sa bottom bar, tapos ang Redeem tab: nandoon ang field. Kung hindi mo makita, itanong sa online support ng lobby.
