• Malta Gaming Authority — The licence, MGA/CRP/187/2010, sits with Evolution Gaming Malta Limited. The licence type is B2B Critical Supply, the vertical is casino, and the status is Licensed, as confirmed on the MGA’s verification portal.
• UK Gambling Commission — For account 41655, the active remote licences are gambling software (since October 2015) and game host (casino) (since August 2021). A regulatory settlement of £4.75m in July 2026 was the outcome of a review into anti-money-laundering failings that allowed unlicensed sites to offer Evolution games to UK players. The licence remains active and the settlement was a public statement instead of a suspension, but the regulator’s own public register includes it, so it is recorded here for that reason.
• Approximately twenty further jurisdictions — On Evolution’s own compliance page you will find licences listed for Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Gibraltar, Greece, the Isle of Man, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Sweden, South Africa, Curacao, several US states and Canadian provinces, and more.

Evolution in the Philippine market

It launched its first live-casino studio in Asia in Cebu during 2025, working with local partner One Visaya Gaming. Under a separate B2B licence the Cebu studio is still streaming to operators, whereas OVG’s own PAGCOR B2C licence was revoked in August 2025. A live-dealer list approved by PAGCOR EGLD is on record for Evolution as well.
